JDM provides licensed building, renovation, and advisory services (Licence No. BD-U 47097). We may collect personal information such as:

Complaints Policy
If you believe JDM has breached your privacy or mishandled your personal information, you may lodge a complaint.
How to lodge a complaint:

Include as much detail as possible, such as dates, correspondence, and relevant documentation.
We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. If the matter is complex, it may take longer. All complaints are logged and handled confidentially.
Resolution process:
We may request additional information to investigate.
We will discuss possible solutions with you.
If necessary, the issue may be referred internally or to our legal advisers.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Anonymous complaints cannot be fully investigated but will be noted where possible.
Access Policy
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
To do so, please contact our Privacy Officer in writing at james@designconstruction.com.au and include proof of identity.
We will provide access within 14 days, or up to 30 days for complex requests. Access may be refused if:
It would breach another person’s privacy;
It relates to legal proceedings;
It would contravene the law; or
It involves commercially sensitive information.
If access is denied, we will explain why in writing.
